Absolutely HORRIBLE! Never again! I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs when deciding where to buy your new/used car! My wife and I bought a used Enclave from this dealership in December of 2013. 3/26/14 car went in the shop. Recalled part as well as the heated driver’s seat didn't work. This has been the best experience purchasing a car ever! Dan Diprimo and Jonathon Weiner were excellent! They made the process easy, no pressure, straight forward and within an hour we were happy with our deal on our new Acadia. They made me feel comfortable from the start and I walked away feeling pleased rather than frustrated and worn out from all the back and forth negotiating I am accustomed to with other dealers. I will definitely return there in the future and will send my family and friends there as well!
I started out in search of a specific vehicle on the internet that was GM certified. I found what I was looking for at Jim Salerno, so I called. AJ helped me and he was wonderful. I was probably a pain in the neck, I know I felt like one with all the calls to and fro.
