Any property owners should be wary of this company. In August of 2018 I was in the process of selling a house as a power of attorney. I contracted to sell the house with Ynestria Sawyer under this business name. Within a week, and a while before the sale was to be finalized, I started getting calls from other people interested in the house telling me that Ynestria was showing them the house as if she owned it.
