i have to say, I felt compelled to reply to this request when in most others requests I ignore. Your staff was great, professional, organized, atmosphere was great. I appreciate the automated appointment follow up that goes directly to my calendar. Great touch! I even got a short nap....and assumed the tech performed her work with out my help .. LOL Thank you for a great experience. You don't find that level of detail in to many places..... except maybe our Chobani Yogurt. Have a Great day. :)
The staff at Sawtooth Dental was courteous and professional from the minute I walked in to the moment I left their customer service and dental assistants were amazing very pleasant experience.
I have rather sensitive teeth and that is not improving as I get older. My hygienist is aware of that and at my last visit she took extra care and trouble so that I would be comfortable throughout the procedure. She polished my teeth with a special polish for sensitive teeth and also used a numbing gel. Her extra efforts paid off and I really appreciate her care and concern.
