Took two separate visits to get antibiotics. Got to appt 10mins early both times. Took dogs weight and sent us to an exam room. After 15mins of waiting and no one coming in I checked outside the exam rooms to see all the vet techs and receptionists talking at the counter with No other patients in the exam rooms. Horrible service every time and I waited 40-50mins to have five mins worth of service... They don't even deserve one star.
The people here are wonderful. They care for my dogs professionally, are willing to do research, and deal with Hitchcock' s quirks with a smile. They will always have my pet care business.
