They have always been nice & courteous..... They continue to take care of my problem child.. ;) with lots of love and kindness... I will always be grateful & respect what these ladies & gents do!! They have a tough job especially if you have a love for animals!!
professional staff and followed up a few days later
Took my 3 doggies in yesterday got all my questions answered got their shots was in and out within 35 minutes with waiting for them to take care of a very sick cat.....
They denied my friends dog! They are sick!! Its pretty messed up!
This is the worst place you could ever take your animals. The staff is rude and unwilling to help you. We took my sick 4 week old puppy who had just started puking out of nowhere to them and as I held him lifeless in my arms they said I needed an appointment in advance to have him seen. When I refused to leave the ladies at the front were talking badly about my mother and I because we didn't make an appointment and apparently that makes us entitled snobs. NEVER. EVER. AGAIN. WILL I TAKE AN ANIMAL HERE. EVER.
Sawtooth Animal Center has taken excellent care of my pets. My poor kitty has COPD and I have always received expert help and advice from them. Thanks to the doctor and staff, I'm able to keep her condition under control. They're always eager to accommodate me and my situations.
