Good experience. Needed around 8 keys copied and I showed up around 11 AM on a Friday. No wait and was immediately attended to. Explained what I needed clearly and also asked for it to be matched to my current set of keys down to the keyrings. The person who helped me immediately got to work and within 10 minutes he had 8 keys completed and on the desired keyrings. Paid $32. Will make this my place of business for any key issues. They also copy car keys and offer customization too (colored keys, designs, etc.)
David was super helpful with my car keys, even helping me with my broken lock. Sawtelle lock and key takes the time to help with anything with patience and understanding, providing more than enough information to make sure our needs are taken care of. They genuinely care and have gained my trust completely. Thank you guys!
