Do not move here. You will regret it. Apartments out dated, rodents in and around the units. Office staff is all over the place. Property is not well kept. Appliances are very old. Don’t let them trick you w the specials they are running.
Spoke with a woman at the rental office about allowing destruction of property which they fully allow the tenants to do. When faced with evidence the only response was repeating the office hours. If you value your property please look elsewhere. Nothing about the property is worth the hassle.
What a beautiful place and a great location! Well maintained grounds and very well thought out apartment layout! Andrew worked with us to get into a place that finally feels like home to us in the 18 years we've been in LA. We had poop surrounding our patio but with the new management team in place!
