Office staff is disorganized and rude. Wait time is never less than two hours. You wait an hour after your scheduled time to sit in the room and wait for the doctor for another hour. I was a patient myself for 10 plus years and my daughter now for 9 years I am so glad to switch doctors asap! Doctors are great they should rethink their front office staff!

Today I really have to say I absolutely hates the Visit. My Daughter developed a rash from her Antibiotics she took and since we wanted to go to Vacation we called and asked for a Appointment. The only thing available was with Dr. Waters. No complain about her or the front staff but for her Nurse. Dr. Waters ordered blood test and the nurse came in and saw my daughter already being afraid of the needle. Not only did she not care about her fear but poked in her arm without any trace of a Vein.
