DO NOT BUY FROM DR HORTON! DR Horton told us bold faced lies to get the sale. These lies have directly contributed to quality of life for my disabled child. DR Horton has no problem hurting disabled children. Besides the facet the build quality is crap. Roof leaking after 2 years with no warranty.

10,000 on Ernest money is a bit high and don't seem common v...but it's used towards your home and down payment.
I find it insane that I'm unable to use clubhouse facilities when I have a BDay party for my daughter. Rules state no use of tennis courts, playground, entry to the clubhouse and use of the pool. What kind of party is that?
