Had a great experience touring Centex Homes in Sawgrass at Coral Lakes. The realtor Cathy Stefanik was welcoming, professional, responsive, and made the viewing of the townhomes seamless. She listened to my needs which I needed a master bedroom on lower level. I had a Pulte build with my last house and was very happy. Highly recommend checking out their nice townhomes.
I moved here in April of 2025. Moving here and knowing no one, changed quickly. The team of people working for Pulte were and still are so helpful and caring. I have met and made so many friends. I am truly blessed.
My wife and I fell in love with Sawgrass at Coral Lakes when we found it on YouTube and decided to travel to Florida to check it out in person. We met with Cathy and she was amazing!! She took us through the neighborhood to see the houses and amenities and we were sold!! We knew what lot we wanted and Kathy kept us in the loop the entire time and the second it was next to be built we got the call and we were moved to Florida. The Clubhouse Gym Floor is always DIRTY. I have emailed management and nothing is done… put yet they want their HOA Fees… when the market bounces back… I’m out of here
