Its nice quiet place, love the near by animals & landlord is really nice & shops and bus line close by.you wont find a nice place this size cheaper anywhere.2 bedroom 2 bath split floor plan & me and daughter & son in law really like it here.neighbors r pretty nice to very friendly
I moved in a few years ago when Sawgrass was under the old management, Sharon. Let’s say things were not ideal and were definitely not accurately represented as you’d see online. Fast forward - we had a new manager and head of maintenance, Lendi & Bob. These two together have made such an impact. Lendi is always quick to respond and Bob is on top of any maintenance concern in the blink of an eye. I truly believe that they will continue to improve Sawgrass. Bob and Lendi are the only reason I decided to renew here.
I love this place. Maintenance is always on top of the game. And the property manager always responds. I highly recommend moving here.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! I promise you will regret it. The place overall looks nice on the photos and in person… but its all a cover up. Everything is cheap and breaks very easily. When you call for maintenance they do come but do a temporary fix. Worse of all… THERE IS AN INFESTATION OF ROACHES. Everything has to get thrown out in the process of moving. I am very disappointed. However; the new manager Lendi has been doing a way better job then the pass manager. There is no fixing this place unless torn down and rebuilt.
Great place to live. It's quite, clean and affordable, Management is amazing and I definitely recommend living here. They have new management and are doing a wonderful job
