Incredible apartments with amazing maintenance team and apartment manager. John- Micheal is an incredibly diligent and positive apartment manager. Beautiful apartments, incredibly clean outdoors. Bob from maintenance is the best super helpful, quick, and friendly. Great staff!
I would highly recommend Sawgrass Apartments in Pinellas Park. John-Michael is our new property manager and has done an excellent job. He has worked hard with other staff to make it a clean and safe place to live. Been here since 2022 when it switched hands and it's only improved. Great place to live
