I have lived at Sawgrass for almost 2 years and very pleased with this beautiful community and friendly staff. The amenities are accommodating and far succeed any other apartment complex I have had experience with. They also take care of any maintenance needs in a high fashion and timely manner. I highly recommend Sawgrass Apartments to any person(s) looking for a fun, quiet and safe community for their whole family!
Very friendly staff and nice apartment layouts.
I’ve been here with my teenage son for almost two years and I love it. The neighborhood itself is quiet and full of great neighbors that stay to themselves. New pool,dog park, grilling areas and playgrounds are all updated and great for families with all age children. The office and maintenance staff are incredibly amazing-especially Krista in the office. She goes above and beyond her duties and is without a doubt the most professional and kind hearted woman. Maintenance has been here four times for a dishwasher issue and it still hasn’t been fixed. Keeps us waiting around over and over saying he’ll be back and does not return.

Nice Place I have lived here for going on 4 years and am very pleased.It's nice and quite and I feel very safe here. The people that work here are also very friendly and attentive should you need anything.
