Definitely worth the experience. Steve Sawa is a master with fish!
The best sushis and sake I've ever had with just arriving back recently from a Japan trip. With that said, Steve is so friendly, personable and so knowledgeable in the culinary world of sushis. He explained each dish in details and I have to say some of his fish I've never had before at other sushi restaurants even Tsujiki fish market in Tokyo. He entertained us with his charming sense of Humor throughout the whole evening. Pricey but well worth the experience.
