Simply put: Steve at Saw Creek Real Estate is the best. He goes above and beyond for his clients. Being from out of state, we relied not just on his expertise in real estate - but also on his knowledge of the area. This was our first time buying a house, and he patiently walked us through the process. We felt like we could really trust Steve, and he truly guided us every step of the way. Working with Steve Smaracko made buying a home out of state an easy and stress-free experience. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and always went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better guide through the process and highly recommend Steve and the team at Saw Creek Real Estate!

In the highest regards I would recommend Steve and his team in any interests of properties in the Poconos. My wife and I got to know Steve when we started looking for a place in saw creek in 2018. A frien... read more

We had such a great experience with Saw Creek Real Estate and Steve specifically, was outstanding! He is incredibly attentive and ridiculously thorough (in the best way). From day one, he stayed ahead of everything. Nothing fell through the cracks. He followed up, double-checked details, anticipated questions, and made sure we always felt informed and prepared. What I appreciated most was that he wasn’t just transactional. He took the time to really understand what we wanted and helped us think through decisions strategica... read more

Steve helped us to both buy and sell our home in Bushkill, PA, and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. When we first purchased, his knowledge of the Poconos market helped us find the right property with confidence. Years later, when it came time to sell, Steve was our first call — and he delivered again. He priced the home right, marketed it effectively, and kept us informed every step of the way. He's responsive, honest, and genuinely looks out for his clients. Having worked with him on both sides of a transaction,... read more
