We went yesterday and enjoyed everything about it. Food was delicious I am gluten free and they were very accommodating. Ask for a drink I had had in Maryland they didn't know how to make it but asked me to tell them what went in it. They made it absolutely delicious. Will definitely go back.
I was at the Savoy Wednesday and Thursday nights. Wed. the restaurant was a bit disheveled, and I was not happy with no price fixed for the summer and spoke to our waitress Linda she understood my concern and gave me fantastic service while providing the price fix options for me. But FYI no price fix for the summer and they are making changes to there menus. Thursday night was date night with my husband. Strange! Hours not posted. Some days it's opened,some days it's closed. Very inconsistant. Very nice interior. Always tables are available. Food is good but pricey. If you are going call ahead to make sure they are opened.
Dinner tonight at Savoy Tavern. The food was delicious and the service was good. We just can't understand why they don't do something about the acoustics. It's SO LOUD in there. On a more positive note, we sat on the same side of the table so that we could hear each other, and it was very romantic. — at Savoy Tavern.
Its a fantastic atmosphere. The beer flights are fun and the food was good. Very nice for a group outing...
Excellent food and great ambiance. A little piece of Manhattan without the hustle and bustle :)
