This cute little “hidden gem” far away from the loudest part of granby but still live enough to feel the energy of people’s night out from your apt window! Let’s not even discuss maintenance and how they don’t play! Jaiden has been extremely gracious, going out of her way to help with the many aspects of my move to the Savoy Building. She is a tremendous asset and makes the whole experience a joy.
PLEASE READ!! I lived here in the apartment Asa has shown below. There was a loud mechanical noise that would not go away. It was very disrupting, especially at night. Additionally, my apartment had a centipede infestation and I would have to call maintenance weekly to treat for them. I had to leave my lights on at night so that the centipedes would not come out.
