PLEASE READ!! I lived here in the apartment Asa has shown below. There was a loud mechanical noise that would not go away. It was very disrupting, especially at night. Additionally, my apartment had a centipede infestation and I would have to call maintenance weekly to treat for them. I had to leave my lights on at night so that the centipedes would not come out. You WILL NOT FIND BETTER! They’re are NO WORDS to Convey how AMAZING, AWESOME,EXCELLENT,WONDERFUL,CARING AND LOVING AND HELPFUL… I can just keep going… Wait that was all about the staff. Love love loved living here. relatively quiet area with everything in walking distance if you like to go out and have fun. 10 minutes from NNSY and 20 from NOB which is perfect if you’re navy! Never had to worry about pests, and all of the appliances are near brand new/renovated.
Kim the leasing agent was super friendly, helpful and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I signed the lease based on the photos and virtual rendering. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the high end finishes. The fact that there are only 40 something units in the building adds to the appeal. There isn't a lot of noise or constant stream of people coming in and out of the building. The Elevator is extremely quick and rent is reasonable for this location and level of luxury.
