RecommendedI had a problem with my heating unit, and it was fixed right away! Marcus fixed the problem right away.. he is awesome and very professional, so happy with his work. Thank you Marcus! I want to say that I am so lucky to be living in this apartment complex because of Ashley! She's kind, respectful and solved my problem, and I will definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a place to live in this beautiful and respectful community.

RecommendedEveryone here is so incredibly nice! The maintenance staff is friendly, trustworthy, and so quick to get any issue (though I haven’t had many). They take nice care of the property and my kids and I have enjoyed living here for over 2 years!
RecommendedI lived at Savoy for 2 years and had nothing but amazing experiences with the ASM Jill. she was helpful, friendly, courteous, couldn't have been better. The complex was taken care of and there was always swift action taken when problems arose.
Manager and assistant manager (Ashley and Jill) at Savoy Apartments are rude, racist and inconsiderate. The previous whole staff were very nice and caring. We have been living here now for almost 4 years. Before, every apartment was rented because the staff was nice. Now so many apartments are empty because of them. We signed up a lease. Our rent was approved by the leasing agent and manager. We got extra charges after about 2 weeks later from assistant manager Jill. We love that the maintenance staff responds so quickly and appropriately. Our neighbors are great and management is becoming more involved.
