Unfortunately Savoir Faire chose to ghost a catering request after initial agreement by email to host a luncheon for 15 people. I see from a previous review this has happened to another party. Very unprofessional behaviour and certainly creates questions around reliability. The owner needs to reconsider how to deal with demand and supply issues. I was looking forward to having them cater my wedding but unfortunately they backed out with 1 month's notice and ghosted me. My suggestion to the owner is to be sure of your availability when committing to a function, and being up front if you aren't able to follow through rather than ignoring phone calls and messages. I literally had to call from a second number to even get her to answer, even then she promised she can cater our wedding.
