Unfortunately Savoir Faire chose to ghost a catering request after initial agreement by email to host a luncheon for 15 people. I see from a previous review this has happened to another party. Very unprofessional behaviour and certainly creates questions around reliability. The owner needs to reconsider how to deal with demand and supply issues. I was looking forward to having them cater my wedding but unfortunately they backed out with 1 month's notice and ghosted me. My suggestion to the owner is to be sure of your availability when committing to a function, and being up front if you aren't able to follow through rather than ignoring phone calls and messages. I literally had to call from a second number to even get her to answer, even then she promised she can cater our wedding. Was at a friend's wedding celebration on the weekend in North Bay and this company catered lunch, dinner and brunch. The food was so yummy and beautiful displays. The cooks were so friendly and kind. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I highly recommend.
