I got a solicitation postcard from Savio. Based on the reviews I won't use their services and am doing fine on my own. But here's their contact info, as of April 2024.
I never give reviews but If I could give 0 starts I would. They are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of, even when they are open, they will randomly overcharge your rent or charge you a late fee even if it’s not late. Employees are RUDE. They need to be shut down.
Savio has been managing my condo for 7 years without issue. They take care of the important details, provide monthly and yearly statements, and process the Hawaii tax documents for me.
The company is very bad. They never communicate the problems happening on property.
