This is my favorite condo building in Downtown San Diego. It has a luxurious design and lush feel but isn't gaudy. The staff is on it and the amenities are top notch. The pool and the community lounge area are the nicest I've seen in a San Diego condo. It is just across the street from the official Little Italy neighborhood on the north edge of The Columbia District, which makes it super walkable. If you are thinking about buying downtown this should be your top choice.

The amenities at Savina are some of the best in all downtown and some condos here offer the best and most protected views you'll find in downtown SD.
