I have been going to SS for over 20 years and they are the best..my hair and nails always look great. I am blessed to have found this crew.
I'm really struggling here, because I gave 5 stars previously, but the customer service from the management has really gone down hill, which is why I am changing my review to one star. The technicians are great, but I was overcharged on my last visit for what was a regular pedicure (no gel) and a gel manicure (charged for the price of a dip manicure). I didn't argue because the tech was amazing and gentle and kind, but when I called today to reschedule my next appointment (as my calendar had changed since Saturday), I was pr... read more
