Savi refused to release my appraisal that I paid for after I decided to switch lenders. I decided to switch because I saved $12,000 in closing costs by using another lender. Dane Taylorson was helpful until I got the new, lower quote from another lender. Can you blame me for saving $12,000 in cash? Dane certainly could. He actively tried to kill my deal by contacting the seller to revoke my pre-approval letter and then Savi refused to release my appraisal so I had to buy another one ($800) .
