I’ve been using this pharmacy for several months now for my cats insulin. I encourage you to find somewhere else to go. Everytime I order and prepay for the insulin it’s literally a 3 to 4 day wait until it’s ready. They aren’t open on weekends and they charge $15 to ship which is ridiculous. Find somewhere else as I am.
Terrible experience. Unorganized and very poorly managed. Wrong medications sent, wrong quantities, etc. on multiple occasions. Hugely disappointing.
I have been purchasing from this company for almost 2 years. This order I could not get anyone on the phone for 3 days to refill my cat's prescription. When I finally got someone through reaching out on email I was told my item would be shipped "today for delivery on Monday". That was yesterday. It was not shipped but they charged my card. Now since they have not called me to tell me why it didn't ship (backlog, not available, no longer make?) or when it will I am forced to scramble to attempt to get my cat into an emergency... read more
