Sadly, I have to leave this horrible review. As a company who manages medications, which relies as time as a significant variable, your customer service department as well as your ability to fill prescriptions and communicate with your customers in a timely manner is disgraceful. The last two years I have seen a gradual decline in these above mentioned areas. The service is horrible. It takes a week to get my dog's insulin. A week! I explained to them It's prepackaged and only needs a label. They told me they're backed up and there are other customers ahead of me. I understand that but a week to fill insulin is unacceptable. You have to pay for it up front. Yesterday I called to refill my dog's other medicine and was told as of 8/1 they would no longer be making it. When were you going to tell me?
Great compounding pharmacy - Caitlin the pharmacist is the best!
I’ve been using this pharmacy for several months now for my cats insulin. I encourage you to find somewhere else to go. Everytime I order and prepay for the insulin it’s literally a 3 to 4 day wait until it’s ready. They aren’t open on weekends and they charge $15 to ship which is ridiculous. Find somewhere else as I am.
