RecommendedDear Savers, We miss you. We need you. You were my retail therapy and a place to send all my clean-outs. You were my cheapo social outing. You were a comfy date night with the hubby. Where can we now go? If you had an online shop I know many many others like me who would jump there so fast!

They are no longer a "thrift" store if they ever were. Their prices are not only insane but insulting. They may as well close and start selling on Ebay. $50 for a knockoff Coach bag HA Plus I've seen so many filthy items in their stores. They can take the time to Google what something is selling for online but not take the time to wipe stuff off. And their GIANT sign by their dumpster/ crusher says ABSOLUTELY NO SCAVENGING!! RecommendedThis what kind of ppl you have working for you. Elizabeth ingalsbe finding a lost piece of jewelry and selling it on FB marketplace. The lady even called in to VV to report it missing. Shame on your employee.
Prices are high for our area in the place stinks of dirty clothes personnel are rude
one way you could improve is by not screwing your employees who have been with you for 10+ years (not me, but an employee who exhibits exceptional customer service, who is very hard working and who is very friendly to everyone) by shutting your doors for 30+ days due to the virus, the employee if they are brought back will be considered a new hire and therefore lose all of their benefits including but not limited to vacation time and their hourly wage. don't get me wrong you definitely have people at this location who don't ... read more
