The response was quick, and the crew knew what to look for once they arrived. They paid attention to areas where moisture could have traveled underneath and handled the restoration accordingly. The restoration crew didn't just remove what was sitting on top; they worked on getting the moisture out from the affected areas and set up drying equipment where it was needed. They also kept track of how things were progressing instead of treating the job as finished once the floor looked dry. I was impressed by how much attention went into the drying.
