Save Mart Center is a very nice arena for college basketball and for concerts. A great venue for the Central Valley.
I don't like being down in a pit with so few exits. People stop on the stairways to talk to people they know without regard to the needs of others! I would hate to be stuck in there in an emergency. All they care about is how many patrons can be packed in there. Wider stairways are needed!

Horrible customer service on the phone and in person! Unreasonable box office hours for anyone who actually works and if you purchase tickets at the window only option is to return them at the window! Wish I could give it 0 stars!!!!!!
I had a hard time finding a baby changing station. I walked the whole place looking for one. When I asked two different staff members for the location of one, they couldn't help me. The second person I asked she said "I don't know, sorry." And walked away. I ended up changing my child standing up in a stall.
