Went and saw 21 pilots last night and I have to say they r awesome. Orginizarion sucked ass. My three seats I paid for were taken. My girlfriend is disabled with a broken leg and I asked a guy to move them instead we got moved to a very a shitty spot up some stairs. She is on crutches and can't walk up stairs so he said she just needed to stand. I wasnt having that shit. I didnt pay for my tickets to not sit in my seats. Got the security to move them and I hope that man gets fired. Y'all could be more organized for sure.
Well I had a good time with ringside basketball seats but then I was one of the honored guests for Susan Komen breast cancer awareness day. Nevertheless I found everyone to be very nice as well as a nice venue. Parking was good as well + walked over to Campus Pointe after for a bite..very convenient!
The man that operates the hot air balloon for the men's basketball games good idea, but what do you expect to happen when you have kids all around, long story short my son was asked to sit in his chair because like other kids in the stadium he wanted whatever they had been dropping down, not cool my son was really sad after might not attend another basketball game due to the hot air balloon man!
Saw the basketball game had great time good food really nice staff shout out to Nick enjoyed every minute
Show was great but all the food vendors constantly in your way was not good. Food was bad! Hot dogs bad, cotton candy tasted old, we asked for waters at the consecion stand and got carbonated water, the churros were not cooked correctly. The only good thing was the lemonaid!
Only having one elevator working during the Harlem Globe Trotters event was bad as my mom had to walk all the way to the north east elevator to get to the floor lvl and then we had to fight all the bench chairs and announcer area just to get her and her walker back to our seats in section 120. Then after the event we had a harder time getting back to the elevator because we weren't allowed to use the tunnel next to our seats. Too much hassle for a handicap person to deal with.
Went for the Globetrotter game. Had a great time.
2 bad things to say they need to fix the big TV you can't even see because the quality is so bad or it's just old?, and when they shine the blue lights/LIGHTS directly at the crowed myself along with other people our eyes where hurting we couldn't enjoy the show...
Theres no restrooms while you wait in line and you ask nicely to use them from the inside and there been really rude about it.
