They did a great job with 10 windows in 2006. This past October we called Tina, who sent Antonio to give an estimate on replacing 2 doors and a window or two. There was always an excuse on why Antonio has not completed the estimate. This AM we got an email from the owner John telling us we can’t work together. Going with Andersen.
10 years ago Save Energy came out and replaced all of the old aluminum windows in our fixer upper. This included a beautiful new construction 10x8 picture window which gets compliments every time someone new comes to our house. 10 years later and we finally got around to replacing the broken back door and sticky front door with beautiful new mid-century inspired doors. Apart from their professionalism and the quality of work whilst installing our new front entry door, we also like the accountability. Things can always go wrong with construction, we trust that Save Energy will act responsibly if need be and try their best.
Poor quality work, having to call to follow up multiple times, and the owner lied about splitting the cost for work that wasnt done correctly in the 1st place? Very disappointing and would never recommend this company to anyone!
