Kal helped me out big time. We walked through the tire yard together and found a good set of 85-90% tires to go on the car. He quoted me out an alignment and tires at a fair price that I would have spent 3x the amount at one of the big name tire shops. He even spotted a crack in my tire key and called ahead to lordco for a new one for me to pick up. Thats customer service. Kal has earned a return customer for any tire related issues I have down the road.
Wasn't possible to provide a zero star review. I tried my hardest to give business to Save Big On Tires at Kamloops. I sent an email asking for a quote to be emailed through. A few days later I called for someone to look at my email. Was told it would be actioned straight away. 1 and a half weeks later still no response. I called yesterday to ask if anyone has looked at the email. Received no apology for the delays. Didn't even get told the email was there.
