This was my second house sale using Save 6. They provide any documents you may need, get you an MLS number, and will review the contract for accuracy watching out for your interest. Besides saving myself almost $17,000, Larry's knowledge and assistance was invaluable with an issue I had with the buyer's agent. We did hire a professional photographer for house photos, but this and the Save 6 fee were still less than $1,000.
