Did not give a professional service. The crew was fighting with the manager over the phone on my lawn and left abruptly. Savatree did not take responsibility for this sad performance. Later Savatree was supposed to grind the stump of a tree they just cut. The grinder could not access because of the proximity of a gas line, but I was charged nevertheless and Savatree refused to refund the service they could not perform. Not the best experience to me.

I've been a loyal SavATree customer for several years, and experiences like this are exactly why. Our arborist, David L., is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, making sure we understood the work being done to our Norway Spruce. The crew was courteous, professional, and did an outstanding job. Their cleanup was impeccable! I would not recommend this company. We were Savatree customers for years and happy with their service until we contracted them to remove dead branches from our oak tree this spring. We paid half the cost in advance as a deposit. They came out twice. Both times the crews did not have the equipment to do the work. They removed 3 branches and left many dead branches on the tree.
