This place does not know how to communicate with each other. I get called several times to confirm my appointment and no one knows what 5he other members of 5he c4ew are doing. Also this office hearts you around like cattle and you have to jump through so many hoops just to get your meds. I absolutely hate this office.
I see Seth at Savas for the chiropractic portion of the multidisciplinary team treating my pain. Seth is always friendly and takes the time to answer my questions and explain the procedure and adjustments that he is making. He always is concerned for my comfort and well being. I look forward to my visits with Seth because I know that I will be getting some pain relief as well as some compassionate care. Lane A.
I have been going to the Indio office for a long time. I had a appointment Thursday at 2 pm. We waited for a hour to be told they won't be seeing the provider because I could not pee in the cup. I told them I take medicine for my bladder because I can't control my bladder. They said they did not care and she would not see me. I don't even know her name.
