My name is Tarabu B. I was a patient at Savas Health for over a year. On August 18th, I submitted a medical records release that my primary doctor sent to Savas Health so my new primary care doctor could receive my information. It is now about to be October, and my records still have not been sent. Despite confirming receipt of the form, the office later claimed they never received it or lost it. This place does not know how to communicate with each other. I get called several times to confirm my appointment and no one knows what 5he other members of 5he c4ew are doing. Also this office hearts you around like cattle and you have to jump through so many hoops just to get your meds. I absolutely hate this office.
