Dr Anita Mukerjee has been extremely helpful with my issues. She is a top notch counsellor, very well read and trained, a kind and empathetic human being along with being strong and truthful about what one needs to do for life to improve.
Huge shoutout to Pronoy D from the Patient Success Team! I was facing some technical difficulties trying to get into my appointment, and he stepped in and got me rescheduled for the exact same day. This is actually the second time Pronoy has been incredibly proactive and quick to help me out when I needed it. Fantastic support!
Great service, Ive been with them for over 4 years now and they are always reliable
I wish I could say more positive things but this is the 3rd time now where they have filled my prescriptions in the wrong city (200+ miles away) and then ghosted me about fixing the issue. I even have to send reminder emails to them to help me and they'll ghost those too. I'm extremely fed up.
I have had a great experience with Savant Care! Dr. Barry Stein and his assistant Pronoy D have been amazing! Every request I have has been taken care of. Very kind and understanding. I can talk with Dr. Stein openly and honestly. Pronoy D had been great, when I ask for paperwork it is usually done that same day💕😊
