I've unfortunately had a very terrible experience here. As others have mentioned, they're impossible to get on the phone, there is no hold, and they do not reliably call back if you leave a message. They also do not respond to emails. This is a very old fashioned doctors office with no MyChart or other online service portal. So what exactly is the $175 annual fee paying for? This is the worst experience I have had with any medical clinic which is shocking considering it's the only one where I've had to pay an annual fee. Als... read more
Excellent Medical Practice. Very caring and well informed. Staff and Doctors are very pleasant. No likes going to the doctors but these people make it enjoyable!!

Really have enjoyed this office. Doctor Kim is really fantastic medically and interpersonally. Front desk is super responsive and you can actually get someone on the phone unlike a lot of other groups these days.
