OK , They say it is good to make appointment so I got a 0700 appointment and was second one there at 0630 and still didn't leave till 0900 . Just for a oil change and fluids check.
Wonderful car buying experience on my first brand new SUV (2017 Toyota Highlander). These guys worked as a team and made this the best experience I have ever had. We recently purchased a car at a local dealership. We were told that when we purchased the car we were trading (at Savannah Toyota) that we were oversold warranties and could receive a refund. I went in to talk to the financial director (Will Hampton) at Savannah Toyota based on the conversation we had at local dealership. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! I went in to buy a new truck and they completely wasted my time. Not once did the Sales Manager who I had been emailing prior (nor the online price) mention anything about a $6000 "market adjustment" price mark up. Horrible way to do business. They lost a WELL qualified buyer who would have brought business to sales, parts and service departments all at once...
