I made an appointment for a list of about 6 things I needed done and/or get prices on. When I showed up, I told the lady I had an appointment but she didn't look anything up and had me go through the list all over again. What's the point of calling ahead? One of the things I needed looked at was the rubber stripping that runs beside the windshield and along the top of the car, on both sides because when I go through a car wash it comes loose and hangs off the car. Excellent customer service! We've used every department at Savannah Toyota - sales, service, rental - and all have gone above and beyond to meet our needs.
Well over 3 hours for an oil change and coolant flush. Zero rental cars. And being told they need another half hour but will skip the complimentary car wash to get me out "faster." As long as you get your money right ....
Your marketing campaigns are horrible. Try pin point advertising for a change. DO NOT send me anymore mail offering to buy the cars I have bought and traded in, at your dealership. Bought two new cars here, they didn't make it the nicest dealership in Savannah by coincidence. They did it by making profit, lots of it. Trust me, they are here to move cars. That's it. Your customer experience means nothing to them. I dumped Toyota, now have two new Nissans. Much happier! No annoying mail, email, and salesmen calling me.

Yesterday I went in to get a 70 thousand mile service and new tires, I was given a loaner car and was told it would take 3 1/2 to 4 hrs to complete. 7 1/2 hours later my truck was finally done only problem was that the tires I asked for were not the tires put on my truck. Very frustrated and disappointed.
