Had a great experience when I purchased my Tundra .
The staff didn't offer me a loaner vehicle, I was from out of town and had to take care of some business while I was there. I rented a vehicle from the airport and the Toyota shuddle operator told me that she was to busy to pick me up when I drop the vehicle off at the airport so I had to catch uber back. When I got back I saw the shuddle operator walking around the service bay after she told me how busy she was.The service technician are extremely slow.
