I went to the dealership and I ran into Darrell and I told him that I did not want to buy a car but after he showed me the car that I was looking at he made it hard for me to tell him know and now I love my car thank you Darryl
My Toyota Prius would not start after running out of gas (yea I know). However I called to see how to get it started and they gave me perfect instructions over the phone. I then was still unable to get the car started so they told me to get it to the dealership and they will help me take care of it. I got it to the dealership and I was in and out in 10 mins with their help. Everyone there was so helpful and very courteous. I will definitely be coming back.
Never wash our car when i ask. All the time they say they will and after 2 hours waiting,our car is not washed. I know it shouldn't be a big deal,but when you are ok to wait for 2 hours and expect your vehicle to be clean,the last thing you want is to see it dirty after a 2 hour wait. And the funny part is when they say bring it in the week and we will clean it for you,but you live 1 hour away. � plus other things not been completed !
