Buying a car can be a stressful experience, but a few days ago I went to Savannah Toyota and they made my whole experience pleasant. Rodolfo was amazing and so helpful through the whole process and I️ love my new car!
I️ came to toyota to get my car serviced and had a wonderful experience. My advisor Morgan was very detailed on the work being done . I️ also must praise the work of the other young lady name Megan in the service department. She made me feel very welcomed with her friendly attitude.Megan was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I️ needed to know about my car.
The service department is ineffecient. I made an appointment for an oil change. It has now been over two hours and the oil change is not done. This is the second time that I have waited over two hours for an oil change with an appointment.
