Bought a new 2018 Tundra. With under 2500 miles did not expect to be in the repair shop 4 times with the same problem. I offered to swap out a replacement with the same payment. They told me I had to go through their process. With less than 2500 miles and a new vehicle and 4 visits for the same problem, I do not care about their process. I am an older woman who has to travel on the spur of the moment. Sometimes late at night. I do not trust this "new car".
Aric was very kind and patient with me through the process of buying my car. I really appreciate him and Savannah Toyota!
