This place is the worst to live at, starting with the manager who is nothing but racist and her awful customer service and going down the list of issues which never get addressed or fixed. The rest of the stuff isnt that bad but they are the manager's puppets. She is rude and everytime we go in the office she is just setting doing nothing and refuses to talk to the residents.
I've had the same service issue for about 6 months. I've put in over 10 requests to have my AC fixed and it still doesn't work as of presently. Its ridiculous. It apparently needs to be replaced but either savannah springs is too cheap or lazy to get it done. My light bill has doubled. I refuse to pay rent until this is fixed.
