VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE USE THIS DENTAL CLINIC. THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.I TOOK MY GRANDSON THERE, HE WAS SCHEDULED TO BE SEEN AT 1:00. HOWEVER, DUE TO AN EMERGENCY CRISIS WE ARRIVED APPROX. 20 MINUTES LATE. I INFORMED THE STAFF OF THE REASON FOR MY DELAY, AND THAT I HAD DRIVEN TO THIS LOCATION FROM POOLER GA. (APPROX. 25 MILES AWAY) . THE STAFF ADVISED ME THAT MY CHILD COULD NOT BE SEEN. THERE WAS NO CONSIDERATION FROM STAFF, THAT PARENTS MUST HAVE FLEXIBLE SCH... read more

Considerably Rude I would not recommend this office to anyone. I took my daughter there for a routine cleaning and during the visit we discovered she had 7 cavities, although unseen to the naked eye, we saw them on x-ray. The dental hygentist stated she needed to get crowns on them. I asked if they were going to be silver and he stated yes but they could do the enamel crowns on the front teeth, but he was really hesitant, as if he was trying to persuade me out of the enamel crowns. Then I informed him that I had been advised... read more

New Dentist Office with all the goods I have never been happier with appt. times, convinience or staff than at Small Smiles Dental Clinic. With smiles the staff will always greet you whether you are there on an appt. or just walking in. I love that I can get all 3 of my kids seen on the same day, it really makes life easy. Thanks Small Smiles PROS: easy appt times, emergancy care, kid friendly CONS:

No problems here! I have absolutely NO problems with this dental office. My daughters have been going their for over a year. My youngest had some major teeth problems and they were fixed in no time. I have no problems with the staff I find them all friendly and nice. As far as all the issues with people not being able to go back with their kids... You can do whatever you want. I go back with my children everytime. And if my husband is with me, he goes with one and I go with the other. No one says "No" to me.

VERY GOOD DENTIST My son has been going to Small Smiles since we moved back to GA in 2004. The staff here is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! I drive from Hinesville which is about 45 mins away for all of his appts and when he needs addititonal work that is found during his routine visit, they ALWAYS do the work the SAME day (even if it is close to closing) taking into the fact that I do drive a distance to come see them. Not only that, they will accomodate my schedule since I do work at a doctor's office also, so my times are limite... read more

Comment on age. This is not a review of Harper Stephanie-Small Smiles Dental Clinic. It is a comment on the age people are taking their children to the dentist under the age of 3 years old. 6 of my 7 grandchildren all had to be 3 years old to see the dentist. my youngest is not old enough yet. South of Metro Atlanta area.

WOW! I Just Called to get information I only called in to the office to get information and est up an appoitntment for my son and the lady that answered the phone seemed bothered. the one response to the questions I asked was, 'Yes Ma'am." with a nonchalant attitude.

The Savannah Small Smiles clinic is the best! I have been taking my two sons to Small Smiles in Savannah, GA for nearly a decade and we love the people there. This place is the total opposite of the clinics they have been showing on the news. We have never had a problem. I was told from the very first visit that I could go back with my kids if I wanted to and of course I did. I would have left and found another dentist if that was not allowed. I have heard too many horror stories about other dentists who would not allow the ... read more
