Savannah is the consummate professional! She was invaluable in our search for just the right property. It took us a long time to find exactly what we wanted, changed our parameters, then changed back to our original plan….this never phased her at all. She encouraged us to keep looking until it was right for us. We were in constant communication during the home purchase, which is something I found extremely valuable. Savannah works with an excellent team! She and her colleagues are a solid wealth of knowledge regarding the Pi... read more

Savannah was outstanding from start to finish. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly hardworking. Since I was purchasing remotely, she went above and beyond by coordinating virtual showings, helping with financing, scheduling inspections, and keeping everything on track through closing. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. If you're looking for a realtor who is tough, smart, and genuinely advocates for her clients, I highly recommend Savannah. I'll absolutely be calling her... read more

Savannah was fantastic! We were purchasing a rental property for our son and roommates who are attending grad school in Pittsburgh. Living in Central PA, it wasn’t feasible for us to get out to showings every weekend. She really listened to our needs, scouted properties in advance, and made our trips out to scout homes more valuable. She was very quick to coordinate inspections and did a great job strategizing on how to most competitively structure an offer. Would highly recommend!

Savannah was absolutely incredible throughout our home-buying journey. As first-time homebuyers, we had countless questions, and Savannah took the time to answer every one with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. She was always responsive, knowledgeable, and never made us feel lik... read more

Savannah was fantastic! She answered all questions and really helped us get to know the new house, get to a winning offer, and then through the closing process...all while we were mostly overseas. Her team also filled in when needed and they connected us to a great mortgage broker and closing company team. Thanks!!!
