I had an excellent experience working with Savannah Real Estate Appraiser. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. The appraisal was completed on time, and the report was clear, detailed, and easy to understand. They took the time to answer all my questions and made everything smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their honesty and expertise, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing a reliable and accurate real estate appraisal in Savannah.
In response to the negative comment: The appraisal was as straight foward and basic as it gets. Some people just don't want to hear their value is lower than average. Sometimes I have to be the bearer of bad news.
Mr Wilkes prepared the appraisal on our home in May 2018. His appraisal was very low, $210,000, and in our opinion he did not use equal comps. Our opinion was validated when 2 months later same home in same condition appraised for $30,000 MORE. I spoke to Mr Wilkes about my concerns and he absolutely assured me that his appraisal was through and accurate. I cannot recommend Mr. Wilkes.
