Bought a Ford expedition from a man named Zach. Zack told us it had a warranty which later we found out it did not. The expedition is falling apart and we don't have the means to fix it. Went to Zach's manager and she said " let me guess Zach lied to you about the warranty". She knew about Zach lying to other people about warranties but did absolutely nothing to fix it.
