I moved here in November 25. I live with my heart, my 19 year old bud Peanut. I have met the kindest most caring people who live here. There are a lot of dog owners here like me and a couple sweet ladies always bring out treats to share with your dog. The grounds are beautiful. I recently moved out because I was living nextdoor to a drug dealer. There is no pool there anymore. I got used to hateful notices from the office about once a week. I will never live in senior housing again thanks to Savannah House senior living.
Savannah House is a beautiful property with the nicest ladies in the office. Paula and Rachael are always on top of stuff and make it so comfortable to live at.
I have been living here for 16 years. It has gone steadily down hill in the last 2 years. Until now I felt blessed to live here. Now I feel it is unsafe to go outside. The people the manager is moving in shouldn’t be allowed to be here. The manager threatens the tenants with not renewing their lease if they complain. I am afraid I will not be renewed if I write this. It’s not a pleasant place to live, but I’m 78 and hoping things will get better.
The first 2 years I lived in these Apartments was wonderful, but the last three years there has be the resien 2 new managers, and it's the very worst Apartment complex I have ever resided as a renter tenant and I would not and never will ever recommend these Apartments to anyone. Maintenance issues are not being taken care of in a timely manner, for many of tenants air conditioning are freezing and ice form on inside unit, and some tenants are without air conditioning and for 12hrs, 24 hours, and some for 2 days, during a he... read more
