Quiet place to live.Good maintenance. Beautiful view and pet allowed
I LOVE my classic style apartment. Moved in here in April and it has been such a pleasure. Office staff is very friendly, polite and caring. When I have a question they always have an answer. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. I see the same few out ( I'm out and about alot). My girls have made friends and spend the majority of the days split between the pool and the playground. Fridge has went out on us for a SECOND time during my lease. Fridge/freezer full of food has spoiled over both situations and maintenance will barely provide assistance, while the front desk argues with and blames tenant.
The easiest management I have ever worked with! Got me approved in less than a week. Shout out to Carissa and Ariel for making everything so easy. Excited for my new journey!
I’ve lived here for almost a year and it’s been an amazing experience. The office staff is super kind and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance is very quick and always does a great job. And the area and facility is just overall very beautiful. Love the amenities as well. Is also in a great area around multiple shopping centers. Overall a perfect place to live
