I just signed my lease almost a week ago and I am in love with this place! First, the staff is amazing! Gentry & Ariel go above and beyond to make sure the move in process goes smoothly. They are wonderful about communicating and addressing any issues quickly! The apartment is great! Very, very clean! The entire property is wonderful! I wouldn’t even give them one star. Because, I’ve always had my rent payments taken out automatically through bank and they’ve always gotten it on time; and they charge me extra to do this. I had to break lease and give my 60 day notice, which is a lot I have to pay. I’ve had the full amount in my bank for a week. NOW! They closed my account at office so my payment can’t go through. I’m not stupid! And they are threatening me if I don’t pay within a certain time period and send me to collections. I know what they’re up to. T... read more
Great apartments and great staff too!
I lived at Savannah Harbor for two years. I will not get into opinions; rather, I will list out our experiences and allow you to judge the complex on your own. Savannah Harbor shut off the water 42 times between January 2023 – August 2024. They did not give 24-hour notices each time because they would be incorrect about the day/time and correct themselves too late.
