I cannot say enough good things about this place. Our dog suffered an emergency and they took her in, cared for her and gave us bad news in the best way. The staff and doctors took such good care of her, all the way to the final nurse hugging her as we took her home. Thank you so much for giving our girl the love you did and us the grace to deal with a difficult situation.

Today i had to rush my grandmothers cat for medical help. It was a true emergency so when I arrived it was a huge rush, so I left my grandmother in the car. The staff went so far above and beyond. Front desk lady went to my car, retrieved my grandmother, helped her with her walker and into the facility. That is not an easy task. The doctor was so patient and honest in explaining the diagnosis to my grandmother. Ultimately, today was her cats last and they helped in every way they possibly could to make it easier. Vet assistant and doctor were amazing!! But I have no idea how the receptionist got hired. Came in crying because I wasn’t sure if my new puppy was going to survive and she was very rude, told me I couldn’t be in there without a leash even though I was holding him and he’s only 5 weeks old, and didn’t once console me or validate my concerns.
