This is a new subdivision in lakemoor il with about 8 or more new homes for sale. Seems like a nice subdivision being built. They have new sod lawns, nice yards, concrete driveways, two story homes that look quality built plus basements. The subdivision looks to be about done with its first phase with possible expansion it seems. Close to volo auto museum, local 150 operator union hall, Munson Marine boat sales, Woodman's groceries store and 10 min from McHenry IL. If I could leave a zero I would!!! Cheap build and they don’t fix anything or get back to you. Have lived in our home for under two years and are already determining when to out it on the market because things keeping breaking. The neighborhood is such a disaster from their building the last homes that we are waiting until the neighborhood at least looks clean. The HOA is a joke. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
We had no issues purchasing from William Ryan homes but when it comes to warranty, they are not responsive and hate to make replacements. We have been back and forth with them for the past year and half with no response regarding flooring issues. I will never purchase from William Ryan Homes again!!
