We left our rental property in brand new condition and Savage Walker will not return our emails or phone calls. WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE SAVAGE WALKER REALTY!!! WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIER SERVICE!!!!! They are dishonest, and will not live up to thier agreements. They still owe us money!! Just review the other complaints against this company it confirms their poor service and dishonest business practices
Savage Walker Realty is horrible I only gave this company one star because you have to select at least one star. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I am constantly fighting with them to fix things. Every time I have sent in a work order for a leaking faucet it has taken at least a month for them to come fix it. And they are just temporarily repairing it each time. I have lived in this place for 4 months. The faucets have leaked 3 separate times now. Amazing!!! Sarah Savage is a very reliable Realtor. Very knowledgeable in the local area, great professional but friendly personality, and knows the process very well. Pleasant Liars and Thieves RUN, I beg you, RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!In my opinion, This is a nasty money hungry company that is not accommodating and doesn't return calls after you sign lease.We were paid a $500 deposit for a rental we never received. We were told we could move in on October 5, 2013, it never happened. We were displaced for 2 weeks and promised another date of October 17, 2013. Horrible Company- Don't Recommend Savage Walker was the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They were rude, overbearing, uncaring and slow to do any repairs. They told me that it was the landlord or the vendors not responding. The landlord and the vendors told me that Savage Walker had NOT contacted them as they said they did. I will NEVER rent from these people again and would NEVER recommend them to anyone I liked.
Don't do it! I never write reviews but you need to be warned abou this comany.I am currently living in a property managed by this company. We have had numerous issues with appliances over the past year and a half we have lived here. They basically patch things up but never have it fixed. Recently the company made an error in accounting and did not apply our rent payment even though the check cleared.
