We left our rental property in brand new condition and Savage Walker will not return our emails or phone calls. Our lease ended 5/31/23 & we have not received our deposit back or any communication from them. BUYER AND RENTERS BEWARE!! "Boderline Criminals" should be the tag line for Savage Walker Realty. As a company, they have seemingly perfected the art of taking advantage of innocent people. The trechery from this group derives from an evil disregard for people. Sara the Savage the Sociopath drives her small office team towards higher and more complex ways of taking advantage of more and more innocent people. The office team is fully mezmorized and in the full control of Sara the Savage. Someone, please send in the deprogrammers!
If I could give less than one star I would. They overcharged us after we moved out. They lied about damages and created issues that they then overcharged to have "repaired". Whenever we made a maintenance request they would decide that we were responsible for paying for the issue. They are very sneaky and like to screw over their tenants. Will never rent a property through them again.
